Information about Hold Amounts
Temporary Holds
Our billing system places a temporary hold on your account at the beginning of each trip. When the trip ends, the hold is updated to reflect the cost of your ride.
If the charge of your ride was €0, the amount will be refunded in full.
Temporary holds vary by market.
Depending on where you are located, you may see holds reflected in the amount of:
