Billing & Payment

At the beginning of a ride, a temporary hold is placed on your card to verify your payment method. The unused portion of this hold will be refunded after the trip ends, typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

For Group Rides, since you are responsible for multiple scooters, the hold amount will be higher than for a single ride.

Please note that discounts, promotions, and passes do not apply to your Group Ride.
