Billing & Payment

At the start of a ride, a temporary hold is placed on your card to verify your payment method. The unused portion of this hold will be returned to you after the trip has ended. Most banks will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

For Group Rides, as you are responsible for multiple scooters, the hold amount will be higher than that of a single ride.

Discounts, promotions and passes will not apply to your Group Ride.
